"Living in this area, eventually you'll have to evacuate"
Who buys that property?
Nothing you can do to stop the wrath of the most high Isaiah 14:21
It's almost like God punishes that evil state much like Sodom and Gomorrah
Surprised he didn’t put a sprinkler system on the roof
I hope it works
Good tips!
Rich people problems 🙄
Smart.
Make sure you can leave your home and not get locked in it, a person died because he got cooked in his fire proof home and couldn't leave
if the state gave incentives to homeowners to have this done then maybe we can save millions if not billions from fighting wildfires $4000 is a small price to pay for a home that costs over a million
Or the city could maintain the land by cutting dead grass wheats etc so there isnt no fire !!!!! Common sense
in other news, I DONT CARE
Will it give u discount on insurance 🤔 nope
Fire retardant succulents would help too 😀
VmqaVhqx6s8&t=0m54s 0:54 It looks like the eaves are unsealed? That’s a place embers go!

Why aren't these fire resistant upgrades mandatory in the state building code - especially in fire prone areas? All new development should require them.
Good god...he just did everything recommended to homeowners for normal maintenance and called it "fire-resistant"? We're getting really dumb as a species. The real irony is that he's probably affected the airflow out of the house with all that mesh, more heat conducting metal, so when the heat comes, the windows will blow out and make bigger holes for embers. Is he selling consultations for this now? If people are willing to buy this, who am I to say it's wrong. I hope it doesn't get tested.
